INTRODUCTION:-


Camp Shivpur Greens is a “secret”, small paradise nestled in the beautiful Sihipur Village 15 Km from Shimla. It is situated amidst the sacred forest of Lord Shiva having a Shiva temple with a history of over 300 years. The forest is also an extension of the second most densest forest of Asia

It’s their incredible campers and staff that make Shivpur Greens so different, however, our picturesque landscape and state-of-the-art facilities add to each camper’s fulfilling and meaningful experience all round the year.

Mashobra is the best place where one can enjoy snowfall as early as october. For summers they provide amazing camping facilities and for winters they have elegant and snug in a bug wooden mud cottages. Evenings at campsite are romantic, fun-filled and exciting. The starlit sky, silhouette of the mountains, blowing sound of the air and shimmering of bon-fire, this is a great way to explore the outdoors.

ABOUT :-

The shivpur mela it is held every year in Sihpur below Mashobra on the 1st of Jaistha(may) in honour of Sip Devta. It is very old fair and the Rana of Koti used to be the chief visitor. Thousands of people of the surrounding areas participate in the fair. A goat is slaughtered in honour of the deity. Archery game is played besides several cultural programmes, variety shows, ‘Karyala’, Performance of the jugglers, magicians and acrobats provide additional entertainment to the spectators.
